This recipe is on heavy rotation in our house right now. I love the aniseed flavour of the fennel combined with the creamy butterbeans and the sour heat of the mustard drizzle.
It tastes great cold too – so we keep the leftovers for lunch the next day.
We normally double-up on the chicken in the recipe but keep everything else the same. Then the recipes serves 6.
